I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from Amazon. I gave an order to Amazon India, to purchase Omron HN 289 (Black) Automatic Personal Digital Weight Machine on 13th January (Order# 408-3376959-3461961, Price 1,179/-). Today 20th January, they delivered an unknown brand product which price is not more than 700/-. Within 15 minutes after receiving the product I booked for a return. I did not expect this type of behavior from Amazon, a world famous online company.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
