Consumer complaints court,
With great despair and after several follow ups, I am writing to you again. It’s been almost the a month I am suffering with wrong roduct delivery alongwith non cooperation from the seller side and as well as from your end too.
In order to bring to your kind notice I would like to inform you that I had placed an order on 27th Jan, 2023 through Flipkart website, and the product was a sofa. Order ID – (OD327164696640111100) …
I made prepaid payment 12, 499 amount too on that very day. But after a long delay the prepaid product has reached on 16th February, 2023. And what was that!!! Instead of a sofa I received a small TABLE.!!! On that very day I called the customer support for help and asked them for replacement. But due to some technical issue they were unable to place the replacement request and assured me to do the same from their end on urgent basis. And also raised a complaint on behalf of me. But till today I didnot get any positive response neither from the seller end nor from Flipkart side.
Till date nobody come to collect the wrong product. The delivery boy making excuses on daily basis.
The delivery boy is being unprofessional and using slangs. Instead of correcting his mistakes he’s being rude and using abusive languages. After delivering the wrong products I requested him politely to come and pick them up but instead of doing so he’s quarrelling with me and simply being rude.
I request you to take strict action against the Ecart COURIER nd Flipkart company and their courier boys.
Please look into this matter on a serious note and help me to get my desired product. If they are not able/willing to replace the product please REFUND my whole amount.
