Hi,
I have ordered some item from flipkart that is to be delieverd through EKART LOGISTICS ,but there courier boy has not made any attempt to contact and updated their status as unsuccessful . When tried to contact on given toll free no. ,the same courier boy has not picked the phone call. When i contacted to flipkart customer care executives,they did not respond properly and not even provided any information about how to raise a complaint against the same issue.Kindly help me out
