SIr, I have Booked a Ticket of my Parents on 24th July giving Lower Birth and same coach Preference for the Date of 13th October 2019 as they both are senior Citizens (PNR- 8621907907). I got one side lower and One Middle Birth allotted for them for which My Father was not happy. I immediately booked another ticket for my Father with Preference as Lower Seat and this time I got the confirm ticket in Same Coach as lower seat (PNR- 8508915506 ). now I cancelled the one seat of previous ticket of my Father and I was Charged with Rs 190 against the cancellation. Now My complain is about this scam. If there was a Lower seat available then why was it not allotted in very First attempt which would have saved my time effort and Money. Is this not the way of illegally Charging from Customers and why should it not be considered as deliberated scam and Charge customers illegally.
