Text of Complaint by Sunder Singh:

The request is that i am using videocon D2H service from last 10 years and from 25th may my connection was disconnected by the company. Even after repeated complaints/requests to the company, no one is try to fixing it.

That is what is happen to me. I got a call from No. 7982160143 on 25th May in which the person said that he is a technician from Videocon D2H company to resolve the complaint and asked me to provide the OTP show on TV screen. I told him that i did not give any complaint before and my TV is working fine. After that he started insisting me for OTP and i refused him to give. After that i receive a message that ” Rs. 200 have been posted for your account” and thereafter my D2H was disconnected. After all this happen i am complaining/requesting to the videocon D2H company, but no one is try to fixing it. I am deeply saddened by the work done by the Videocon D2H complany. Please Help me.
