I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a serious issue that I recently faced while availing the services of your pocketship (loadshare) courier company. I would like to complain against one of your partners, Delhivery, for their involvement in fake deliveries.

I had recently placed an order for a product through an online shopping portal, and the delivery didn’t made the delhivery to me but he has updated the status as delivered.I have tried to contact him for 4 days but the issue is not solved.

This incident has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. It is unacceptable for a reputed courier company like yours to partner with such fraudulent agents who engage in such unethical practices. This not only causes inconvenience to the customers but also damages the reputation of your company.

I urge you to take strict action against such fake Delhivery agents and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I also request you to compensate me for the loss incurred due to this incident.

I hope that you will take immediate action to address this issue and restore my faith in your services.
