I placed a delivery order from BKC to Versova (Mumbai) on 12/10/2023. The item was picked up but delivery has been delayed since then. Each day, a new delivery date is being assigned for the next day. The contact centre has proved useless as, despite many tickets lodged, no resolution has been provided. The delivery was pre-paid and no information is being given.
