Respected official,myself Srinath and I had ordered 2 products in amazon.After few days I got a message from delhivery awb that Ur order couldn’t be deliver to your address.so I had called concern delivery executive to deliver that product he said that you have to self pickup that product.The delhivery office is 55kms far from my area .They had sent the products to its seller without giving any messages or call.So I left.And again I had ordered a mobile in Flipkart now it too stuck in delhivery office.i got a message to self pick the product.If I go to self pickup why I would place the order in e commerce.I had called delhivery office executive but it is not reachable and landline number in the website isnt working.i called the delhivery courier guy he said that company is not hired any person to deliver your product.If you can’t assign then why the delhivery running the compcny.So take action soon so that the product will be returned to the seller.I had sent mails but I didn’t had any reply.And finally I tried Twitter and they asked my awb no.Thats it nothing till now happened.worst customer service
