I have ordered a Bathla ladder with hand railing and supporting platform (which cost Rs. 6500/-) but I have received another product which doesnot have railing and platform (which cost Rs. 5500/-). When I called and asked for replace the product, Amazon team asked for Images of the product by placing a paper on it with the details and date. I have sent the same as per thei instructions. Now when I called today for response they say that the photos which were sent are edited ones.
