I received an email on 8th December, the day I made my account on Shaadi.com and bought the premium plus subscription, stating this: Hi Arpan G,
Your recent activity was in violation with our safety guidelines (https://www.shaadi.com/customer-relations/faq/privacy-tips)
Please reply with a scanned copy of any of the below mentioned Identification Proofs within 3 days to reactivate your profile.
Failing to provide these proofs will result in deletion of your profile.
Valid Identification Proofs:
Aadhar Card
Passport
Driving License
PAN Card
Note : Please send the documents within 3 days, for us to validate and activate your profile, post which your profile will be deleted.
I provided them the documents in a email just within an hour. But a customer support member told me that my account was deleted and that reason will not be provided. This happened without me doing anything wrong or mischievious. They will not even provide me the reason and the money was a lot of money for me.
