I have ordered a phone on 15th of Nov 2022. After some time I found defect in the phone and because the warranty was not provided, we asked Amazon to return the product and they did the same.
Now they got my mobile on 26th of July and refund partial amount. Still the company has delayed a refund of Rs 24,700. I haven’t received this about yet and not getting any support.
