Dear sir,
I ordered a elliptical cross trainer on 06-Mar-2021 from Amazon India. My order number is 408-1086983-7000303. Product was promised to deliver by 16-Mar-2021. Received intimation on the mobile application that the product will be delivered by 09-Mar by 9PM. But did not delivery. Then I made a call to on 16-Mar to seller and Amazon and informed them to cancel the order if they did not deliver the product by that day. But to my surprise amazon extended the delivery date to 20-Mar without informing me and remove the option to cancel the order from application. Then I waited patiently till 21-Mar for the product but was not delivered. subsequently made a call to Amzon customer service to cancel the order and refund the amount. They told me that they need to consult their manager to approve refund as the order amount is Rs.33985 and it will take at least 5 more days for the repayment. So far I have not received the repayment or the product. Amazon india is purposely delaying the refund to benefit them. kindly request your help to take necessary action.
