Respected sir,
I ordered an elliptical cross trainer worth Rs.33,985 from Amazon India on 06-Mar-2021. Order number is 408-1086983-7000303. Amazon committed a delivery schedule of 12-16 March 2021. I received intimation on the mobile application that the product will be delivered by 9-Mar, but did not deliver. Then I waited till 16-Mar and contacted both seller and Amazon India and informed them to cancel the order and refund the amount if they fail to deliver the product as promised. But to my surprise they extended the delivery date to 20-Mar and removed the option to cancel the order from mobile application. I waited till 21-Mar and did not receive the product. Then I contacted amazon customer service again to ask for refund. Customer executive told me that they need to consult their manager and it will take another week to refund the amount. Amazon India is purposely delaying the refund to benefit them. So far I have not heard from them or received the refund. Kindly request you to stop this kind of acts by online companies and get refund at the earliest
