I would like to inform you that I have ordered the grocery from jiomart on 7th may .Earlier it was showing the delivery date on 9 may but later the delivery date got extending day by day. When I call to customer care ,they told me you have to wait for some time . They are not trying to resolve my problem from last 4 days .I felt its the worst system I have experience .Also without resolving the issue ,they just update in my app that issue is resolved .How one could do this without our confirmation? Also this is a prepaid order.
I hope you will take strong action against this system .
