I received a call from courier boy that my parcel be delivered tonight (3days ago). In the night at 9 pm he called me to come outside and receive the package. I waited outside but no one was there to deliver the parcel. Later a sms was received that parcel will be delivered tomorrow due to non delivery issue (totally fake statement). The person never visited and keep on rescheduling the delivery date and time. I called him personally but giving excuses. Till date I have not received my parcel. Totally unprofessional
