my window ac was not cooling i raised complaint on 13th of april but service was not delivered till 29th may when i call Customer care several times they speak in their robotic tune a complain has been raised service centre will ordinate you but service centre guy never provide service he keeps making excuses ,this is not the first time voltas service is horrible from last 3 years i get service after 2 to 3 months when summer start receding .
