Text of Complaint by Shirsha Das:

I had booked a Delhi to Kolkata train PnR 2406300946 for 13-01-2024 but since the train was delayed by over 3 hours I did not travel and filed for TDR that day itself. It has been over 3 months and I have not yet received the refund but the status shows that the refund is approved and is pending at the zonal railway traffic accounts. This is the status since 5-02-2024. There has been no change since then. I have repeatedly followed up but IRCTC has the same response that the refund has not be processed by the zonal railways.
