I, Mr. Vivek Sharma, booked a flight with Go First from Abu Dhabi to Delhi for July 3, 2023. The booking was made on April 22, 2023. Unfortunately, the airline canceled the flight due to unspecified reasons. According to Go First’s policy, I am entitled to a full refund for the canceled flight.
As of today, October 17, 2024, I have yet to receive my refund, despite multiple follow-ups with the airline’s customer service. The excessive delay has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.
I request immediate action to process my refund, along with an explanation for the prolonged delay.
