Text of Complaint by KEERTHI MURARI:

Hello Consumer Court Team,

I have travelled in Ola outstation cab from Bangalore to Mysore on 28.04.2022 and have been charged high rate due to incorrect odometer reading by the driver. I have complained to OLA several times and they agreed to refund my amount of Rs.2770 after taking my bank account details. I have contacted the OLA customer care several times through e-mail and phone but the response is always the same as my issue will be resolved. Till now I have not received a single rupee from OLA. I request your team to consider this and make Ola to refund my money.
