Have very bad experience with amazon logistics had ordered JBL earphone on 24th May which shows delivered on 28th may but was false delivery update same was accepted by amazon after regular followup & only solution given was to go for refund and place order.
Trusting company again have ordered same product again on 4th June the product was out for delivery several times but shipment not delivered yet getting different updates stating scanning error need to generate new barcode and shipment was out for delivery but at end of the day updated as delayed delivery.
There is no coordination with CS & Logistics team as CS just send alert but the instructions are not followed and no commitment only solution received is go for refund and place your order again.
Does it make sense to keep on placing orders and waiting ages for order.
