I’m lodging a complaint against Cashe for the 25-day delay in disbursing my approved loan and for their inadequate customer service.
Despite approval on [05/02/2024], the Rs 9,000 loan hasn’t been credited to my account. Cashe’s customer service has been unresponsive to my inquiries.
Please assist in expediting the disbursement and addressing their poor service.
