Sir I purchased order a Azotica high class 8mm carrom coin complete set on Date 26.05.2021 from paytm mall and get the delivery on date 3.6.2021. After opening the package I found that the product was completely different from my order it was a 4mm sunny carrom coin of very cheap quality and also the pouder was also missing. The item printed cost was 110.00 but I paid 499.00 for my original order. Hence same date I give a replacement order and replacement order approved on Date 6.6.2021 and replacement order pick up date final on date 10.06.2021. but no body contact me for replacement I will send so many mages to paytm help desk but no step taken yet for replacement.my order ID is 13700211428. They earlier provide a Tracking ID is 1950408237836. They advised me to not use the product till the product replacement done. What I do now the product was safely kept by me for replacement. It is very mental illness for me. Hence I was a justice for me and my original product which I paid for.
