Text of Complaint by Akshit Rana:

I just place a CPU order which i received on 12th august which the product found defective. I raise the issue to replace the order whose date was 21st august. The delivery man reached my home before the replacement date and verified the checks of the order i want to replace but he said that the HARD DRIVE needs approval from office which he shared the address with me and i went to the office the same day and they said they will drop a mail to the seller of the product. On the next day i.e sunday i check status on my flipkart app and was shocked that the status of my order was changed which shows that the order was rejected at the time of delivery on sunday but no delivery person reached at that day. I reached to the customer care multiple time saying your issue will be resolve on 24, 25 and 27 by each executive.

Today i received a call from executive informing me that the replacement of order was cancelled which was not done by me instead they said it was technical issue …After the few minutes my the replacement of product was canclled autmoatically without my concern and again have to raise return request……Seriously pathetic service from flipkart
