I have placed a order no.6150052103 on 29th september 2018 on paytm mall app.
My items are not yet shipped by seller while still showing msg that pay tm has been penalised the seller and given them a 1 day grace period but you dont think pay tm should also be penalised on any web group becoz we are shopping on ur platform not seller and before selling any product you should have to get the detaling against the product availability/delivery etc on ur app.
Who will bear the time which I have spent to choose the product since most of my items are daily needs and again i have to spare time to choose all the items. I can give you an example of flipkart I placed a order on their app on 6th and I got msg that item will be delivered tomorrow ie on 8th. Only cash back and ads on tv is not worth responsibility of an e commerce website or app.Delivery time also should be considered since you are selling daily needs products too and daily means delivery time should be commited.
