Text of Complaint by Chetan Jassi:

I had order placed exchange order for a shirt on 16th August. Till date i haven’t received any exchange product. Now normal exchange window is closed for this product. Had a word with myntra customer they can neither assure product exchange nor they can accept return request. This ridiculous service from myntra.
