greetings

we ordered IFB machine , paid in advance , while ordering they show 4-5 days of delivery , I got call from supplier that they dispatched the goods and then every day I am getting calls from IFB for installation where as goods undelivered. Their delivery partner shows delivery date 19/10  /18 on their tracking site. Send so many complaints and talk to customer care but nothing happening.

Kindly advice what next to be done
