My shipment ID – D64838825
I ordered avacado fruits 3 kgs from Bangalore having shelf life of 4-5 days. My product was dispatched from Bangalore on 8th May and was suppose to be received to Delhi on 10th morning as it was sent by air cargo. I did not received my package till 14th May afternoon because the shipment went to Kanpur and Varanasi due to DTDC mistake and negligence. Further, my package contained fruits having shelf live of 4-5 days only. Now since there is delay in delivery of 5 day, my package has been soiled and can not be consumed. I have requested DTC to give me solution as to how would they compensate for product cost and delivery cost. Or, else, arrange for similar package in consumable conditions.
