I have placed an order of office chair and it’s supposed to be delivered on 19th of October, as it’s not delivered i called support team on 24th he told me it’s escalated no response, called again on 27th no response from agent asked him to connect with manger.. The manager hold me we don’t know where is your product we losted it we will refund. I asked him how it will miss where its miss then he told me we haven’t committed 100% on our website that that we will deliver your product do whatever you want to we can’t help you and check with our delivery partner.. I asked him i haven’t paid anything to delivery partner i don’t know about him you should speak with him clear my concern again manager responded back we can’t help you much di whatever you want it.. Finally product received on 29th and its damaged product my bad. Called to again support Tema for replacement but she denies me saying replacement is not available but my product is even thought eligible for return. I have asked her for 30 mins do for replacement but she didn’t help me.. While i purchased its at 4900 now they want me take a refund and purchase same product for 7k..is this amazon want to fool people with big billion offers..
