Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I had ordered my phone Redmi Note 5 Pro on 13 April 2018 using EMI as payment method.
Now on 23 May company is saying that mobile is lost by their courier partner and they have refunded my amount after a hefty period of 40 days and I have also deposited one EMI to bank.
Hence as per the current condition bank can not close my EMI and I have to pay full interest to Bank while company is not going to pay back me the interest amount which is my loss. Also I have not received my mobile yet. Further company has increased INR 1000 on Mobile handset since I ordered my phone which is also one of the reasons of this scam.
Hence I request you to look into the matter and suggest on next steps.
