Text of Complaint by Yash Puranik:

I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience I have encountered with the delivery of my iPhone 12 order, which I placed on Flipkart with Tracking ID FMPP1946759618. The entire ordeal has been marked by significant inconvenience and a severe lack of communication and accountability.

I ordered the iPhone 12 on the 15th of October, which was subsequently shipped on the 16th of October. The initial delivery date was scheduled for the 21st of October. However, I was dismayed when, at the last moment, Flipkart unilaterally changed the delivery date to the 23rd of October. This change caused significant disruption to my plans, as I had waited the entire day for the delivery.

Furthermore, I was informed that due to an “operational issue,” the delivery could not be made on the rescheduled date of 23rd October. It is indeed frustrating to note that even though the status of my order indicated that it was “out for delivery,” the product did not reach me, and no explanation or notification was provided.

My concerns have been compounded by the lack of information available on the Flipkart website. It does not display a revised delivery date, which adds to the uncertainty and frustration I am currently experiencing.

I have attempted to contact the Flipkart customer care team multiple times, and each time I have been assured that my complaint has been registered and that I will receive my product “as soon as possible.” However, this has not translated into a concrete resolution, and I am left without my urgently needed phone.

I have now received three different delivery dates, and as of now, my order has still not been delivered. This situation is highly unsatisfactory, and it is imperative that I receive my order promptly.

I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the delivery of my order and to ensure that I receive clear and accurate information about the new delivery date. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Flipkart, and I hope that your involvement will help rectify this situation promptly.
