We have ordered one single seater recliner from Wakefit on 15 August 2023, they are continuously changing the delivery dates saying that the manufacturing is delayed because of shortage of raw material. The person in the showroom said it will be delivered on 31 August. later we got message that now it will be delivered on 2 September. Suddenly the tracking date came out as 12 September, upon calling they assured to send the order by 12 September. On 12 September I got a call that it has been further delayed, when asked about how long it will take now, the person could not give me the date. Enquiring about the refund process, they say that refund is not possible.
