Text of Complaint by Francis:

Placed an order with Amazon on 11th May that should delivery by 12th May. I contacted Amazon cc on 12th May in the afternoon and was assured delivery by 9pm as the package had arrived the local facility. I waited home all day but the package never arrived. I contacted the customer care at 9pm and I’m being told that the package never left the warehouse and now they have changed the expected delivery between 13th – 16th May. This is not the 1st time but all my last orders.
