I’ve placed the order on 6th Feb & my order was supposed to get delivered by 9th Feb but it wasn’t then on 10th Feb the product was out for delivery in the afternoon but later at night I got notified as undelivered so I had to reschedule the delivery to 11th Feb, I had not received any call from any delivery agent for delivery, I don’t even know why it wasn’t got delivered, Then even on 11 Feb it didn’t got delivered so I had to raise a complaint & till now I’ve not received any update about my complaint. After multiple interactions with customer service yesterday on 16th Feb the order again showed out for delivery & the same at night i got notified as order undelivered. Its been 11 days & i still haven’t got my product or any update on my complaint.
The customer support is not helping me at all they dont have any update & they just ask me to wait.
