I ordered a product on Amazon on Saturday and the delivery was guaranteed on Sunday. The delivery agent called me on Sunday, and as I picked up the phone, he didn’t respond. After that, I called him thrice but he didn’t pick up the phone. After 10 mins, he updated the order status on my Amazon orders page as “Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery”. This is hugely unacceptable when I needed the product by today itself but now have to wait till tomorrow to receive it. A whole day of my time has been wasted due to this horrendous rail of events. Sheer disobedience of customer sentiments is what I would describe this as.
