Text of Complaint by Akshata Parate:

This is my 3rd day in a row when I again got disappointed while waiting for my product delivery. I have ordered the Borosil kettle from Amazon on 6th July. The estimate delivery date was 7th July. I didn’t got the delivery of same on 7th. I thought because of weather or some other issues, it might get delay for a day. But even on 8th July and today also, there is nothing new. Every day I am talking with customer agents, they are assuring me that delivery will happen by 9PM of the day and every day after 9PM I came to know that it is getting delayed. Today it was very frustrating because customer care agents assured me at 8PM that delivery will get complete by 9PM today itself. But 8:45 PM I again talked with customer agents and I came to know that ordered is delayed. I tried to call delivery guy for more than 10 times. But he didn’t picked up the call or neither he called me back for a once. I don’t know why such delay is happening if package arrived to Bangalore on 7th only. I don’t know why I would trust the Amazon next time if I want to order something. Even today also I requested that please do the delivery today only as there was emergency. But still they just apologised. I am only getting apologies from last 3 days. But I can’t see that there is any action is taken by Amazon. I hope I could get something after this delay other than false assurance and apologies.
