I have sent a consignment from DTCC Hyderabad office to Anantapur on 27th of June 2022 and till today, i.e. 7th of July the product was not delivered to the recipient and the employees working at DTCC main branch at Anantapur are least bothered about this, though it was said the consignment contains medicines.
The consignment tracker was clear in showing the DTCC Main branch of Anantapur has received the consignment earlier but was sent to another location instead of the actual one.
The customer care was pathetic and ask us to call later or call will be kept waiting. No appropriate response was given for the emails too. Moreover the negligence and reluctant behavior of the DTCC people and customer service is unbearable.
I would really pity DTCC , for having the tag line of SPEED AND CONVENIENCE LIKE NEVER BEFORE.
