I have ordered Puma shoes from myntra on 21st December which was going to be delivered on 27th December 2020, but it got delayed and my order was delivered on 30th December 2020 and in that Myntra delivered wrong product instead of shoes they delivered me Lingere of worth 110/-.

I had raise issue many times but it is not resolved yet.Even after several calls to customer care and request to have a word with Senior representative no one had revert to me..not even a single call I received from their senior person..every day I used to call their customer and they used to ask me for my availability (time schedule)to arrange call with senior representative and then there is no call back from their side..also I informed them that they can call me anytime as I want to resolve my issue..but no revert came from their side & frustrated by their customer service and employees casualness I had to take this step..Even I shared the link of video through Google drive which I had taken during unboxing of product on Myntra app but due to space constraint it was not uploaded so their employee asked to share the video on support@myntra.com ..after sharing it on said mail id I was surprised , when I got mail that Myntra is not accepting mail from support Id..how could there employee can pass on such awrong information to customer..whether they are not trained???then again I called customer care for regarding mail failure reply , at that time there employee asked me to revert on the mail sent by him..and then ..after uploading video as per instruction no further reply came from there side..then again I had called customer care for senior representative..even for today there is no update .
I am mentally disturbed now,they have taken my fruitful time.

I am frustrated with continuos follow up.its 12 th day today but no update from their side.

Earlier on 2nd Jan when I called them they had put my case for re-invastigation but I think Myntra is not worried about their customer.

Hope this video is proof enough to investigate my issue..it’s request to resolve the issue .

I will suggest people to always click the video before unboxing or else Myntra wi start taking advantage of our products.

It’s not about money but all this mental disturbance and wastage of my time ..I want justice from Myntra ..

Myntra Stop Bulling and playing with people’s feeling..and train your employees properly..so that other customer like me should not become victim..Your employees are not serious about customer issue.
