Mamaearth took the order on 16 feb and still showing will be delivered the item. After reaching out to the customer service, they cancelled my order with fake reason. No communication is made from the company. They kept my money almost 24 days and after reaching out to them gave me a update of cancellations and refund the money of one order on 11th march.. Then I informed them I have another order with you, after my email, they again issue a refund of second order on 15th mar.. Without my intervention, Mamaearth didn’t provide the information and the refund.. Is this really a harassment from the side of company.
