Dear Sir/Madam,
I have raised a service request No. 00670809 on 28th June 2021.
Since 28th June 2021, I did many follow-ups at Jaquar Customer Service (18001216808).
Today, I was informed that the accessories is not available and hence Jaquar cannot repair my tap.
Since, my tap is still under warranty period, I would request you to please EITHER arrange to repair it OR provide replacement of entire unit (shower tap), either with same model or any other similar model.
