Dear Team,
I have purchased I Kall N15 4 GB RAM 64 GB ROM 10 inch with Wi-Fi+4G Tablet on 19.03.2023 and received on 23 March’23 which was damaged. So I have raised return request. But without informing us the requests have been rejected four times, finally we received new Tab against damaged tab after one month i.e. 02.05.2023 It is also defective , the New tab is not turning on. So I have raise refund request on 02.05.2023. Then your technician has visited on 05.05.2023 and inspected the tab, found the tab is not turning on after 2 hours charging. But your team has rejected my refund request without informing us and mentioned comment ” YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED”.
Iam very frustrated, So I have again raised refund request. Now showing again same technician visit will on 09.05.2023. Still waiting for refund my money.
The technician visit has been done on 05.05.2023 and inspected the the tab , found the TAB is not turning on , even after changing, It is not working.
Request you to please refund my money as soon as possible. It has already delayed over 1.5 month.
Who will pay 1.5 month intrest against my money Rs. 11999.00.
Suggestion: The return / refund services should be fast as a Flipkart brand. The filipcart services is very poor and delayed.
I hope , you are resolving my issue ASAP.
