Text of Complaint by Ranjana yadav:

This is with respect to the flight number SG 161 on the 29th of October.

Flight number – SG 161
NAME – Ranjana yadav
PNR – R8MQPY

The flight from Jammu was scheduled at 2:15PM. However it was 1st delayed by 30 mins.

Then our direct flight from Jammu to Hyderabad was delayed from 4:15PM to 10: 25PM.

After reaching Jammu airport when enquired Spice Crew had no clue about the delay.

At Delhi airport without any concerns about our travel plans we were handed over new boarding passes and were asked to stay in airport for almost 7+ hours.
And after multiple followups our flight which was delayed again and again we flew around 11:30PM.

Due to this delay reached HYD around 1:30PM, I stay almost 40 kms away from the city.

After this terrible journey with so much of discomfort that I faced.

I could find cabs way back location being in outskirts and when I found one I had to pay double the price.

Lost my time, money and credibility at work as I couldn’t attend to my important meetings the next day.

As per the DGCA I am entitled to get full refund if my flight is delayed by 6+ hours.
