Text of Complaint by Shivarajj:

I have applied for plan upgrade on February 5th 2019 and received message from Airtel that the required service will be done before February 8th 2019. The service engineer name given is Praveen and Service request number is 104376182. I didn’t receive any call or message until 10th February. The person asked if we are available at home and also the modem details. After I asked him to come and do the upgrade, he agreed to come and no one came. Later I received a message from Airtel that my service engineer was changed to Gopi and the issue will be solved on or before 8th February 2019. 

Again on 11th Feb 2019, 14, 15, 16 February 2019, I receive message from Airtel that my service will be resolved by 8th February 2019. I received a call from a different person on 15th February 2019 and he said he will come on 16th February 2019 but no one came.

On 19th February (Today) , I called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding this. I received a call from Praveen Kumar (first assigned engineer). He said he will get the modem and come by evening. He didn’t come. I called him and he is giving irrelevant answers, citing delay in his arrival.

Kindly rectify this issue with any other service agents you may know. I also request Airtel to delist such service agents.
