I had placed an order of ‘Green Soul Monster Ultimate T Multi-Functional Ergonomic Chair’ of value R’s. 15990 in the sale period (on 20th January 2023). It was delivered on 23rd January but some parts were missing so I opted for a replacement. The product was picked up on 25th January and they had assured me a delivery by 25th January itself, but was postponed onto 27th. This was again postponed to 29th then later to 1st of February. But I have not received the product yet till date. The customer care executive have always assured me a delivery. Now I cannot cancel the order as the price of the product has increased.
