Text of Complaint by Ashok Tiwari:

I am Ashok Tiwari, residing in Cuttack, Odisha. You must be knowing recently our city get affected with cycloan due to which many livelihood were disturbed and at the same time Tata Sky dish.
Anyhow I managed at that time but, from past 2 days I am trying to reach Tata sky people regarding the requirement of a technical guy so that he can do the needful. Already its been more than 24 hours but believe me nobody, not a single call I have received from the technical team. Just imagine I have already wasted 2 days without watching TV and most importantly today my father was literally shouting at me stating,”why Tata sky people are not resolving the issue within the TAT?”. I mean i was at the office and from morning till evening I was waiting for the call like a fool and meanwhile I contacted Tata sky helpline number 7 times, instead resolving the issue I just heard lot of sorrys and somebody is escalating to some other department, but nothing happened.
Till today is issue is still unattended. I request you to please take necessary actions against Tata sky.
If we call these people for a new connection they come running within 1 hour.
Please help me with this issue.
