Dear Sir,
I’ve booked movie ticket for 10:45 PM show of Sham Bahadur on 17.12.2023, However when I reached theatre at 10:40 PM, the gatekeeper of the respective screen told me that movie is still not completed, It will take at least 25-30 mins to complete ongoing movie and he told me to wait till than.
The movie time is 10:45 PM and till 11:05 PM ongoing movie I was not completed.
I request Miraj Cinema to give me refund back as a claim against the delay.
I don’t have any proof – But you can check from the Miraj Cinema movie screening records.
