Text of Complaint by Sanjaykumar Singh:

Product ordered worth 13,999 INR on 12th April, which was delivered on 20th April in Damage condition. Refund initiated a month ago however no pickup has been scheduled. Neither refund initiated. The status is wrongly updated that Pick up failed as door was locked.
