Text of Complaint by Poonam Dungdung:

Ordered a Nilkamal Dining table from Amazon India. Requested a return on the same and the request was accepted on 24th July 2020. It has been over a month now, and after multiple calls to the Amazon Customer care, the item has still not been picked up yet.

As per the process, Amazon will not process the refund unless the vendor receives the item.

But in this case, even after waiting for over a month now, Amazon would not pick the item nor refund the money of 12499/-.

Would help if the consumer forum can intervene and help expedite the process.
