I had made pre-paid order No. 407-2934187-8084354 of saregama carvaan on 10.08.2023 for Rs 6790/- from Amazon India. I received delivery the very next day as promised by Amazon however the product remote control was faulty. I ordered replacement on 13th August. I wasn’t seeking a refund or return as it was a gift for someone.Hence i wanted a replacement which never came.they said the replacement has also been damaged and i hence they themself initiated a return request through call centre. Since that day I am waiting for return and refund of this product. Since the price is on higher end and the amount is stuck with them I am seeking a refund with bank interest as the amount is parked with them since 10.08.2023.
