Text of Complaint by Sneha Ghosh:

The services had gine down on the 20th of May, 2020. I logged a complaint and Service request on 22nd of Nay, 2020 and the time taken to solve it was given till the end of the day of 26th of May,2020.c
Despite four escallation call promises that never happened, and many more( about 25 times) calls to the customer service,veach time they ask me to wait for 48 hours but nothing happens after that. Airtel is the worst company
