i was running an IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED DSA here in lucknow.
Idea Cellular charged me an amount of rs 32,500 in the form of DD. for the amount of 25000 and 7500 in favor of IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED which was a refundable amount once you shut down the business.
Due to some family circumstances i closed my business and applied for security deposit (FNF) on 24th Aug,2018 and they committed me that it will be refunded within 45 days to my current account but now its end of November,2018 and still they say that it might can take few more months to get it back.
Brands like IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED is doing this with me is a strange thing where i should get it back within 45 days and now its being more than 3 months and i am still struggling.
Please help me to get my own hard earned money back from them
